The camp is located on about 120 acres of land mostly on a hillside.
There are 12 campsites with fire pits and tent pads, nicely situated and sufficiently leveled.
There are hiking trails in camp and nearby. Check amenities for other camp activities. Alexander Reservoir is approximately 8 miles away. Bear river is five miles away and Lava Hot Springs is 30 miles away.
Potable water is supplied by a spring with sufficient pressure and storage. Water is piped to each camp site and to a shower facility with 8 hot and cold water showers. Flush toilets and hygiene facilities are also available.
Limited parking is allowed in the camp area for emergency use only; however, there is ample parking at the base of the camp, and a garbage dumpster for daily use.
